目标
在 Windows（与 QMT 同机） 安装并启动 qmt-bridge，使本仓及其他 Agent Skills 能通过 HTTP 调用行情与交易接口。
总规程（必须遵守）
- 先健康检查：运行
bridge_health.py或请求GET /api/meta/health - 服务已可达 → 向用户报告主机/端口与健康结果，禁止重复
pip install、禁止重启 / 再启qmt-server/ PM2（除非用户明确要求重启） - 服务不可达 → 再按下方「安装 → 启动 → 验证 → 同步本仓
.env」执行；安装前探测本地是否已有 Bridge 仓库，有则跳过 clone
