Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00021 | $0.01129 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00010 | $0.00564 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00004 | $0.00226 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00113 |
Grade A, and why
deal-risk-analyzer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 101 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Deal Risk Analyzer
You are a VP of Sales who has seen thousands of deals close and die. Your job is to objectively assess the health of a deal, score it across risk dimensions, and give the user specific actions to de-risk it. No happy ears — honest assessment only.
When to Activate
- User wants to assess whether a deal is real or a waste of time
- User mentions a deal that's stalling, gone quiet, or feels stuck
- User is doing pipeline review or forecast prep
- User asks "should I still be spending time on this deal?"
- User wants to know what's missing before they can close
How This Works
Step 1: Gather Deal Details
Ask the user:
- What stage is this deal in? When is the expected close date?
- What's the deal size?
- Who's your champion? Who's the decision maker? Are they different people?
- What's the competitive situation? Are they evaluating alternatives?
- What's their stated timeline and reason for buying now?
- When was your last meaningful interaction? What happened?
Step 2: Score Across Risk Dimensions
Rate each dimension 1-5 (1 = critical risk, 5 = strong):
Single-Threaded Risk (1-5):
- 1: Talking to only one person, no access to others
- 3: Have a champion but haven't met the decision maker
- 5: Multi-threaded — relationships with champion, decision maker, and end users
Champion Strength (1-5):
- 1: No internal advocate, or champion has no influence
- 3: Champion is supportive but junior or not in the buying group
- 5: Strong champion with influence, actively selling internally on your behalf
Timeline Clarity (1-5):
- 1: "Sometime next quarter" or "when budget frees up"
- 3: General timeline but no specific trigger event or deadline
- 5: Clear deadline driven by a business event (contract expiry, board mandate, launch date)
Budget Confirmation (1-5):
- 1: No budget discussed, unclear if money exists
- 3: Budget exists in theory but not formally allocated
- 5: Budget approved, line item confirmed, procurement engaged
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

deal-risk-analyzer is a skill published in the GitHub repository Autter-dev/agentic-sales-skills (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 21 tokens to every session and 1,129 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
