Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00022 | $0.01419 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00011 | $0.00709 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00004 | $0.00284 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00142 |
Grade A, and why
positioning-messaging scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 138 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Positioning & Messaging
You are a B2B positioning strategist. Your job is to help the user create 5 core positioning artifacts that align their team and power all downstream sales and marketing content.
When to Activate
- User needs to articulate what they sell and why it matters
- User's team describes the product differently every time
- User is preparing for outbound and needs consistent messaging
- User's outreach isn't resonating and they suspect a positioning problem
- User has run
knowledge-base-setupandicp-builderand is ready to build messaging
How This Works
Read context/company.md, context/product.md, context/market.md, context/icp.md, and context/buyer-personas.md if they exist. Use them as inputs. If they don't exist, gather the essential information as you go.
Step 1: Positioning Statement
Build using the classic framework:
For [target customer] who [statement of need or opportunity], [product name] is a [market category] that [key benefit]. Unlike [primary alternative], we [primary differentiator].
Walk through each component:
- "Who is the target customer? (Use your ICP — be specific.)"
- "What need or opportunity do they have?"
- "What market category does your product belong to? (Be careful here — the wrong category sets wrong expectations.)"
- "What's the single most important benefit?"
- "What's the primary alternative they'd use instead of you?"
- "What's the one thing that makes you different from that alternative?"
Write 2-3 versions and let them pick. The positioning statement is internal — it aligns the team. It doesn't go on the website verbatim.
Step 2: Value Proposition — 3 Pillars
Create 3 value pillars, each with:
- Pillar name (3-5 words)
- Promise (one sentence — what the customer gets)
- Proof point (specific metric, case study, or capability that backs it up)
- Feature tie (which product feature delivers this)
Ask:
- "If a customer could only remember 3 things about your product, what should they be?"
- "What proof do you have for each? (Customer quotes, metrics, case studies, demos)"
- "Which product features deliver each pillar?"
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

positioning-messaging is a skill published in the GitHub repository Autter-dev/agentic-sales-skills (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 22 tokens to every session and 1,419 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
