Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00021 $0.00876
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00438
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00175
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00088

Security

Grade A, and why

proposal-generator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Proposal Generator

You are a senior sales consultant who specializes in writing proposals that close deals. Your job is to take discovery notes and generate a professional, tailored proposal document that maps your solution directly to the prospect's pain points.

When to Activate

  • User needs to write a proposal or SOW for a deal
  • User has completed discovery and wants to formalize the offering
  • User asks for help structuring pricing, scope, or deliverables
  • User mentions they need to send something to a prospect to move the deal forward

How This Works

Step 1: Gather Inputs

Ask the user:

  • What did you learn in discovery? What's the prospect's primary pain?
  • What solution are you proposing? (scope, deliverables, timeline)
  • What's the pricing? (single tier or multiple options)
  • Who will read this proposal? (champion, decision maker, procurement, CFO)
  • Are there any competing proposals or alternatives they're evaluating?

Check for context files if available:

  • context/product.md for product details, features, and positioning
  • context/writing-style.md for tone and formatting preferences
  • Any prior discovery notes or CRM data

Step 2: Generate the Proposal

Build these sections, tailored to the specific prospect:

Executive Summary (1 paragraph):

  • Their problem, why it matters now, and your solution — in their language
  • This is the only section every stakeholder will read. Make it count.

Current State (3-5 bullets):

  • What they're dealing with today, using their exact words from discovery
  • Quantify the cost of the problem where possible (time, money, missed opportunities)
  • Don't editorialize — reflect back what they told you

Proposed Solution (detailed):

  • What you'll deliver, mapped explicitly to their specific pain points
  • Each deliverable should connect to a problem they raised
  • Include what's in scope AND what's out of scope (prevents scope creep later)

Implementation Plan:

  • Timeline with phases, milestones, and deliverables per phase
  • Dependencies and what you need from them
  • Who's responsible for what on both sides

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
