- Süre ve usul: Sözleşmeden doğan iade talebinde zamanaşımı kural olarak TBK m.146 (10 yıl); haksız fiil unsuru varsa TBK m.72 süreleri. Ara sonuç olarak bankanın/müşterinin sorumluluk payını ve talep edilebilir tutarı yaz.
