get_factwith that id to confirm the proposal persisted with the evidence you supplied. - If the operator explicitly confirms the fact on the spot, an owner-authorized
surface may call
manage_factwith the ratify action to promote the candidate to current; otherwise leave it in the queue for the daily review. - Never call
manage_factto ratify on the operator's behalf without their explicit confirmation.
