What is design-system-setup?

A setup workflow for creating a project's first design system through questions or templates. A design system is a shared collection of interface styles, components, and rules.

It is for detecting missing design systems, choosing or customizing a template, creating Figma files, exporting design values to code formats, and storing project metadata.

It gives projects a consistent foundation when one is missing and helps keep design decisions connected to implementation. It also records the system for later use.
