완성 후 호스트에게 확인: "기획서 확인하셨나요? 수정할 부분 있으면 말씀해주세요. 없으면 다음 단계로 넘어갑니다."
Phase 2. 카피라이팅 에이전트 실행
references/02-copywriting-agent.md를 읽고 채널별 모집 카피를 작성한다.
기본 출력: 스레드 모집 글 + 카카오 단톡방 공지 운영 플랫폼이 디스코드/인스타 등이면 해당 채널 카피 추가.
완성 후 호스트에게 확인 후 다음 단계 진행.
Phase 3. 노션 에이전트 실행
references/03-notion-agent.md를 읽는다.
노션 MCP가 연결된 경우: DB 자동 생성 진행 노션 MCP가 없는 경우: DB 스키마를 텍스트로 출력하고 "노션에서 직접 만드실 때 이렇게 세팅하시면 됩니다" 안내
Phase 4. SOP 에이전트 실행
references/04-sop-agent.md를 읽고 운영 SOP 전체를 작성한다.
