The provider runs in Foxtrot LXC CT 200. The script reaches Foxtrot with
Tailscale SSH and executes provider commands through pct exec. Override its
defaults with OMNI_PROVIDER_HOST, OMNI_PROVIDER_CT, or
OMNI_PROVIDER_SERVICE when the deployment topology changes. The provider
container is discovered from its Docker Compose service label;
OMNI_PROVIDER_CONTAINER remains available as an explicit override.
