Palimpsest

Use the bundled palimpsest MCP connection for this product's public research. Scope: Inspect public-record research signals, China and regional evidence catalogs, and sourced newsroom context. Palimpsest helps analysts trace provenance, revisions and access restrictions before using evidence. Restricted economic collections remain metadata only; the plugin does not reconstruct denied observations or present research signals as verified financial conclusions. Product type: core_product.

For China economic publication rights, call inspect_economic_publication_rights with no arguments. It returns policy metadata and publication counts, never observation rows. The historical query action is a compatibility route and must not be treated as an observation service.

Discover the server's current tools and inspect their schemas before calling.
Start with catalog, coverage or capability discovery. Use bounded reads and ask for missing inputs rather than inventing a position, dataset or identifier.
Cite original source URLs, observation dates, units, coverage and restrictions. Retrieval time and source observation time are different clocks.
