Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.01206 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00603 |

Grade A, and why
beliq-validate-einvoice scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 71 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
beliq: validate EU e-invoices
Use the beliq MCP server to validate an EU electronic invoice and explain the result. beliq checks a document against authority-pinned, drift-checked rule sets (the official Schematron and XSD bundles for each format) and returns a precise verdict: whether it is valid, the format and profile it detected, the ruleset version it was checked against, and every rule that failed.
When this applies
The user has an e-invoice (or a path to one) and wants to know if it is compliant, or wants the failures explained. The document can be:
- UBL or CII XML (XRechnung, Peppol BIS, and other EN 16931 syntaxes).
- A Factur-X / ZUGFeRD PDF (a PDF with embedded invoice XML); pass it by file path.
This skill focuses on validation. To parse a document into a structured invoice, generate a compliant one, or convert between formats, the same beliq MCP server exposes beliq_parse_einvoice, beliq_generate_einvoice, and beliq_convert_einvoice.
Prerequisite: the MCP server
The tools come from the beliq-mcp server. If it is not already configured, install it once:
claude mcp add beliq -e BELIQ_API_KEY=blq_your_key -- npx -y beliq-mcp
Create the API key in the beliq dashboard under API Keys. To send the key as a bearer token instead of X-API-Key, add -e BELIQ_AUTH=bearer.
Tools
beliq_validate_einvoice- the primary tool. Inputs:document- the invoice as XML text, ORdocumentPath- a path to an XML or Factur-X/ZUGFeRD PDF file on disk (provide exactly one of these two).format(optional) -auto(default, detects CII vs UBL),cii, orubl.franceCtc(optional) - set true to apply the French CTC (Factur-X / Chorus Pro) rule overlay.
beliq_check_account- verifies the configured key and reports the plan and remaining quota. It draws no quota. Run it first if a call fails with an auth error, to confirm the key is accepted.
How to validate
- If the user pasted XML, pass it as
document. If they pointed at a file (especially a PDF), passdocumentPath- do not try to read a binary PDF intodocument. - Leave
formatasautounless the user is explicit about the syntax. - Set
franceCtc: trueonly when the invoice targets the French CTC flow.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

beliq-validate-einvoice is a skill published in the GitHub repository beliq-eu/beliq-mcp (0 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 1,206 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
