What is evaluation-risques?

A skill for rating legal risks in France by combining how serious a problem could be with how likely it is. It groups results into levels and identifies situations that should be escalated to senior legal staff or an outside lawyer.

Use it to assess contract risk, operational exposure, regulatory issues, and whether a matter needs escalation.

It gives teams a consistent way to compare legal issues and decide which ones need urgent attention. It does not replace legal advice.
