Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00061 | $0.00445 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00024 | $0.00178 |

Grade A, and why
council scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Reconvening the council
- Read
council/charter.mdandcouncil/personas.md, and the newestcouncil/runs/*.mdso the sitting can say what changed since last time. - Write a short context brief for the members (scratch file, not committed): version under
review, what shipped since the last sitting (CHANGELOG), latest live numbers from
/mnt/project-files/metrics/weekly.md, latest eval results under/mnt/project-files/evals/, and any decisions in project memory they must respect. - Start six subagents in parallel, one per member. Each gets: its persona block verbatim,
the charter, the brief, read access to both repos (
career-compass-mcp,career-compass-plugin), and an instruction to write its notes in the charter's output shape to/mnt/project-files/council/<version>/<member-slug>.md. Tell them not to edit either repository and not to post anywhere. - Synthesize per the charter into
council/runs/<version>.md(ranked list, axis score table with the median per axis, consensus marks, dissent, delta vs the previous run). - Republish the findings page (same artifact URL as last time; the URL is in the newest run file) with the new sitting on top and earlier sittings kept below.
- Hand every prompt/skill/tool-description item to the prompt-quality thread; open PRs only for items the user has agreed to.
Running cost: six subagent reviews in the session, no claude plugin eval run. If a member
wants an eval run to settle a question, list it as a recommendation with a cost quote.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

council is a skill published in the GitHub repository benskamps/career-compass-mcp (6 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 61 tokens to every session and 445 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-07.
