A Spanish family-law document drafter for a divorce or separation agreement. It prepares a draft covering arrangements such as children, visits, the family home, support payments and shared property.

Use it to collect information about spouses, children, income, housing, assets and debts, then prepare a proposed separation or divorce agreement.

It gives lawyers a structured first draft based on the couple’s circumstances and the required sections of Article 90 of the Spanish Civil Code. The draft still needs legal review and the parties’ agreement.
