A privacy-response workflow for handling data-protection requests such as access, correction, deletion, objection, portability and restriction. It checks identity and exceptions, then drafts an acknowledgement and substantive reply under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Use it to classify an incoming request, verify the requester, assess legal limits, prepare response drafts and record the request.

It helps avoid missed deadlines, weak identity checks and undocumented reasons for limiting a person's rights. The GDPR generally requires a response within one month, with a possible extension for complex requests.

Propósito

Los derechos de los interesados tienen plazos legales estrictos (1 mes, prorrogable 2 meses más por complejidad — art. 12.3 RGPD), un proceso definido y muchos puntos donde se puede cometer un error: verificación insuficiente, excepción no documentada, plazo vencido. Este skill guía cada paso y genera los borradores de respuesta.
