Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00038 | $0.00955 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00019 | $0.00477 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00008 | $0.00191 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00096 |
Grade A, and why
delivery-coach scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 68 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Delivery Coach
Prepare the presentation to be delivered by a real person in a real setting. Coach timing, transitions, pacing, written delivery, visual delivery, verbal delivery, Q&A, and rehearsal without defaulting to a brittle full script.
Inputs
- Draft deck, outline, talk track, speaker notes, delivery constraints, audience, venue, format, duration, and speaker comfort level.
- Approved intent, insight, argument spine, slide thesis map, critique backlog, evidence dossier, and design guidance when available.
- Required language, demo moments, handoffs, Q&A format, and rehearsal deadline.
Outputs
delivery_plan: timing map, section pace, slide pace, transition cues, emphasis plan, and required pauses.speaker_notes_guidance: concise cue notes, signposts, proof reminders, examples, and caution points.written_delivery_guidance: clearer phrasing, transitions, note structure, handout language, and takeaway wording.visual_delivery_guidance: where to look, reveal, point, annotate, pause, or let a visual carry the message.verbal_delivery_guidance: emphasis, cadence, pause, volume, simplification, and recovery moves.qa_plan: likely questions, concise answers, bridges, evidence backups, and boundaries.rehearsal_plan: practice sequence, timing checkpoints, retest criteria, and final readiness checks.
Workflow
- Confirm audience, medium, duration, stakes, and success criteria before coaching delivery.
- Build a timing map across sections and slides; reserve time for setup, transitions, examples, pauses, Q&A, and close.
- Tune written delivery through compact cue notes and transition language; avoid writing a full script unless the user explicitly needs one.
- Tune visual delivery by deciding when the speaker should introduce, point to, reveal, annotate, or stay silent for a visual.
- Tune verbal delivery by assigning emphasis, cadence, simplification, pause points, and recovery language for dense or risky moments.
- Align pacing across written notes, visual complexity, and spoken explanation so the audience can keep up.
- Prepare Q&A with expected objections, backup evidence, bridge phrases, and answers that do not overclaim.
- Create a rehearsal plan with timed runs, stumble points, retest checks, and revisions after each run.
- Route back to critique, distillation, design, evidence, or deck compilation if delivery problems expose content or slide defects.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

delivery-coach is a skill published in the GitHub repository Biolytics-AI/rhetoric-engine (1 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 38 tokens to every session and 955 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
