Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00080 | $0.01153 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00040 | $0.00576 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00016 | $0.00231 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00115 |
Grade A, and why
cascade-load-linked-resource-content scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.
- **Do NOT load Figma URLs** — they require batch loading via `figma-batch-zip` + `curl`/`unzip` (or `figma-batch-cache` in cloud environments), which the parent skill handles How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 114 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Load Content
Fetch raw content for a set of URLs using Cascade MCP tools. Save content locally and discover new links for iterative loading.
When to Use
This is a sub-skill — called by parent skills (generate-questions, write-jira-story), not directly by users. Use when the parent skill needs to gather raw content from one or more URLs before analysis.
Prerequisites
- Cascade MCP server connected (tools available)
- URLs to load (from
extract-linked-resourcesoutput or fromto-load.md)
Procedure
1. Read the loading manifest
Check if .temp/cascade/context/to-load.md exists. If it does, read it to find URLs marked as [ ] (not yet loaded).
If the file doesn't exist, create it from the URLs provided by the parent skill:
# Links to Load
## Unloaded
- [ ] https://mycompany.atlassian.net/browse/PROJ-123
- [ ] https://docs.google.com/document/d/abc123/edit
## Loaded
(none yet)
2. Fetch content for each unloaded URL
For each [ ] URL, call the MCP tool extract-linked-resources with the URL:
extract-linked-resources({ url: "https://mycompany.atlassian.net/browse/PROJ-123" })
This returns markdown with YAML frontmatter containing:
- The document content (description, page body, etc.) as the markdown body
discoveredLinksin frontmatter (categorized: figma, confluence, jira, googleDocs)- For Jira:
relationshipon each link (parent, blocks, relates-to, etc.) - For Jira:
hasMoreComments/commentsStartAtfor comment pagination
Figma URLs: If a Figma URL is passed, the tool returns a message to use figma-batch-zip instead. Figma URLs should NOT be loaded by this skill.
3. Save fetched content
Save the returned markdown+frontmatter directly as a file. The response is ready to write as-is:
.temp/cascade/context/
├── to-load.md ← loading manifest
├── jira-PROJ-123.md ← Jira issue (saved directly from tool response)
├── jira-PROJ-124.md ← linked Jira issue
├── confluence-page-title.md ← Confluence page
├── gdoc-document-title.md ← Google Doc
└── gsheet-spreadsheet-title.md ← Google Spreadsheet
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

cascade-load-linked-resource-content is a skill published in the GitHub repository bitovi/cascade-mcp (24 stars, last pushed 20d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 80 tokens to every session and 1,153 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
