Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00090 | $0.02624 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00036 | $0.01050 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00018 | $0.00525 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00262 |
Grade A, and why
craft-deck scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 150 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
craft-deck — outline → DeckCraft slides → pdf handout (or deck3d HTML)
Two alternative renderers, chosen by the user: DeckCraft (pptx + pdf, steps below) or deck3d (an HTML deck, see
HTML deck with deck3d). They are never converted into each other. Read deckcraft (and pdfcraft for step 4) first.
Resumable-job rules are in the craft-studio router, section Craft jobs.
Step table
| # | Step | Tool | Input → Output | Gate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | Preflight + job | agent | request → job.json |
check: job |
| 1 | Outline | agent | request → 01-outline/outline.md |
check: outline |
| 2 | Slides | DeckCraft | outline → 02-deck/deck.pptx, deck.pdf |
pi-craft verify --pages --text-contains |
| 3 | Transition previews (optional) | DeckCraft | deck → 03-transitions/t1.png |
pi-craft verify --size |
| 4 | Handout | PdfCraft | deck pdf → 04-handout/handout.pdf |
pi-craft verify --pages --text-contains |
Hand-off formats: pptx is the editable deck, pdf the delivery (one page per slide), png for previews. A pptx cannot be
probed directly: gate it through its pdf export. --alpha is not asserted anywhere in this workflow.
Step 0 — Preflight and job
Output: craft-jobs/<slug>/job.json (created or loaded).
Gate: check: job.

"Loaded skill list" is the available-skills list in your own system prompt. Ask which renderer the user wants when it is not
clear (pptx/pdf → DeckCraft; "3D web presentation", "HTML deck" → deck3d). Set up the job (Craft jobs in
craft-studio: slug rule, job-helper) and run Resume.
# run from the directory that contains craft-jobs/ (SLUG set as in step 0)
jq -e '.name and .workflow and (.steps | type == "object")' "craft-jobs/$SLUG/job.json"
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

craft-deck is a skill published in the GitHub repository BlackBeltTechnology/pi-agent-dashboard (321 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 90 tokens to every session and 2,624 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-18.
