Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00085 | $0.01706 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00034 | $0.00682 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00017 | $0.00341 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00171 |
Grade A, and why
blindpay-payments scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 90 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Answering questions about BlindPay
BlindPay is a stablecoin payments API. A payout sends stablecoin (token: USDC, USDT, USDB) from a customer and delivers fiat (currency) to a bank account. A payin is the reverse: fiat in, stablecoin out. A transfer moves stablecoin between wallets. Customers are also called receivers.
Read-only
Every tool is a GET. When the user asks to send, create, edit or delete anything:
- Say this connection is read-only and can't do it.
- Point them to the BlindPay dashboard at https://app.blindpay.com.
- Offer the read-only help that fits, for example "I can list Maria's bank accounts so you can pick one in the dashboard."
Stop there, so the reply reads as a clear no rather than the start of a transfer.
The user picked one instance at sign-in, and every tool fills in instance_id (and the id of GetV1InstancesMembers) from it. Leave those arguments out.
Cents
Most amounts are integer cents. Convert every number before showing it:
| Field | Unit | Example → display |
|---|---|---|
Payout, payin, transfer and payable amounts (sender_amount, receiver_amount, *_fee_amount, partner_fee_amount, amount) |
Cents | 420460 → 4,204.60 |
| Customer limits and limit increase requests | Cents | 5000000 → 50,000.00 |
Fee schedule *_flat (GetV1InstancesBillingFees, partner fees) |
Cents | 40 → 0.40 |
Fee schedule *_percentage |
Basis points | 10 → 0.10% |
commercial_quotation, blindpay_quotation |
Rate × 100 | 495 → 1 USD = 4.95 BRL |
Wallet balances (GetV1InstancesCustomersWalletsBalance) |
Decimal token units | 9009.2 → 9,009.20 USDB |
A fee is flat + percentage × amount. For example, an ACH payout of 100.00 with payout_flat: 40 and payout_percentage: 10 costs 0.40 + 0.10% × 100.00 = 0.50.
Done when: every amount in the answer is converted with this table and has its token or currency beside it.

What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

blindpay-payments is a skill published in the GitHub repository blindpaylabs/blindpay-mcp (10 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 85 tokens to every session and 1,706 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-07.
