What is payment-status-sync?

A guide for keeping payment and subscription statuses in sync when events arrive late, more than once, or in the wrong order. Webhooks are automatic messages from a payment service to your application.

Use it when debugging payment or subscription synchronization, including retries, grace periods, status reconciliation, and deciding what action the user should take next.

Basic webhook handling can show the wrong payment state when messages are delayed, duplicated, or reordered. It helps reconcile those events and keep the user interface accurate.
