Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00139 | $0.01558 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00069 | $0.00779 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00028 | $0.00312 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00156 |
Grade A, and why
portfolio-rollup scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 132 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Premium scope note
The free agency-portfolio-rollup skill already produces the book's
single-period headline: current vs. comparison window, per-brand deltas, a
needs-attention subsection, and portfolio totals. Run that skill first for
the standard weekly view; this premium skill does not repeat it.
This premium skill adds three things the free rollup does not do:
- Multi-period trend per client (typically the last six months, by calendar month), so a client's direction of travel is visible beyond one week-over-week delta.
- Peer benchmarking: each client's current-period growth rate compared against the book's own average and median growth rate, so "down 5%" reads differently against a book average of "+10%" than against "-8%".
- Cross-client partner concentration: which named publishers appear across more than one client's roster, and what share of the book's total commission a single publisher represents when summed across every client it touches. The free rollup only looks at revenue per brand; it never looks across brands at the partner level.
Assumptions and requirements
- At least one brand is registered via
affiliate_resolve_brand. If none are, stop and point the user ataffiliate-networks-mcp setup. - Credentials for bound networks are configured; recommend
affiliate-networks-mcp doctor <slug>when credential state is uncertain. - Cross-client partner concentration requires
listMediaPartnerssupport on the bound advertiser adapters. Report the gap for any binding that does not support it rather than omitting that client from the analysis silently. - Publisher identity across networks is matched on
MediaPartner.name(the canonical fields carry no cross-network partner id). Treat name matches as a strong hint, not a certainty: state this limitation in the output.
Step 1 — enumerate the book
Call affiliate_resolve_brand with no arguments. Group by brand. If empty,
stop and point the user at setup.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

portfolio-rollup is a skill published in the GitHub repository bobberrisford/affiliatemcp (6 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 139 tokens to every session and 1,558 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
