Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00030 $0.02983
Opus 5.5 $0.00012 $0.01193
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00597
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00298

Measured 2mo ago against content hash 21fbdb2f45e9, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

go-to-market scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Go-to-Market Strategy

When to Activate

  • Launching a new product or service
  • Entering a new market segment or geography
  • Planning a major product release or version upgrade
  • Building a GTM strategy for an acquisition or partnership
  • Evaluating which GTM motion to adopt (PLG, sales-led, channel, hybrid)
  • Annual or quarterly GTM planning
  • Product-market fit established and ready to scale distribution

First Questions

  1. What are you launching? (New product, feature, market expansion, repositioning)
  2. Who is the target customer? (ICP, buyer persona, user persona)
  3. What is the value proposition? (Why should they care? Why now?)
  4. What is the competitive landscape? (Who else solves this problem?)
  5. What is the GTM motion? (PLG, sales-led, channel, community, hybrid)
  6. What is the pricing strategy?
  7. What is the launch timeline? (T-minus weeks/months)
  8. What resources are available? (Team, budget, existing channels)
  9. How will you measure success? (Revenue target, adoption target, pipeline target)

GTM Strategy Components

1. Target Market Definition

  • Total Addressable Market (TAM): Everyone who could theoretically buy.
  • Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM): The portion you can reach with your current channels and product.
  • Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM): Realistic share you can capture in the near term.
  • Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): The specific type of company/person most likely to buy and succeed.

2. Value Proposition

  • Use the product-positioning skill for full positioning work.
  • The GTM value proposition should answer: "Why should this specific customer buy this specific product right now?"
  • "Right now" is critical — what trigger event or market condition makes this timely?

3. Channel Strategy

How will you reach your target market?

Channel Best For Considerations
Direct sales High ACV, complex products, enterprise Expensive. Requires sales team. Long cycles.
Self-serve / PLG Low-to-mid ACV, simple onboarding, tech-savvy users Requires product investment. See plg-strategies skill.
Channel / Partners Geographic expansion, industry verticals, integration ecosystems Less control. Revenue share. Partner enablement needed.
Community-led Developer tools, open source, niche communities Slow to build. Authentic relationship required.
Marketplace App stores, platform ecosystems Distribution built in. Competition is high. Platform dependency.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
