/pt-init — Initialize the pentest workspace

Scaffold the context/ skeleton (engagements/, archive/, foundation/) + a README in each, and verify the shipped foundation contracts are present. Idempotent — each artifact is create-if-absent; re-running when everything exists only prints status and never overwrites.

When to use, when to skip

  • Use to set up a fresh workspace up-front, or to check the foundation contracts are installed.
  • Skip if context/engagements/ already exists and you just want to start testing — go straight to /pt-new. Re-running is harmless (a no-op), so "when in doubt, run it" is safe.
