Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00074 | $0.01701 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00030 | $0.00680 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00015 | $0.00340 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00170 |
Grade A, and why
ship scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 124 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Ship a change in bullet-bots
Generic coordinator/worker mechanics (fresh subagent per task, brief, report
status contract, verify-don't-trust, fix rounds) come from
superpowers:subagent-driven-development and
superpowers:dispatching-parallel-agents; review replies follow
superpowers:receiving-code-review. Follow those. This skill only adds what is
specific to this repo. AGENTS.md "Development workflow" is the source of truth.
Repo-specific rules that override the generic skills:
- Stacks are
gh stack(GitHub native), never Graphite or plaingh pr create. - Workers commit on their own branch and never push, open PRs, or comment;
only the coordinator touches GitHub. That replaces
superpowers:finishing-a-development-branchfor workers. - Worktrees come from the Agent tool's
isolation: "worktree", notsuperpowers:using-git-worktrees.
1. Plan and split
- One logical change per PR; dependent work is the next stack layer.
- Split by file ownership (crate or file set). No two workers own the same file.
- Mark any money-safety path (below) as test-first in its brief.
- Pick the PR title now: Conventional Commit,
<type>(<scope>): <summary>, typesfeat fix perf refactor docs test build ci chore revert, scope = crate.
Money-safety paths (failing test first, then the fix; no merge without it):
crates/bb-mm/src/guards.rs (daily loss, stale price, fast market, reject breaker,
reconcile); simple-mm's skew (crates/strategies/simple-mm/src/blueprint.rs);
crates/bb-mm/src/params.rs bounds and hard limits; position resync, paper fills
and the risk-gate wiring in crates/bb-mm/src/runtime.rs (resync_position,
paper_fills (rechecks the gate), gate_quote, admit_placements, close IOCs); apply_mm_env, apply_dry_run_env and
fill_allow_main_account in crates/bullet-agents/src/lib.rs;
the Bullet adapter's local order book and u/pu sequencer; OAuth/pairing in bb-mcp; the funding-arb safety layer
crates/strategies/funding-arb/src/engine/ (its
safety tests must stay green, see crates/strategies/funding-arb/AGENTS.md).
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ship is a skill published in the GitHub repository bulletxyz/bullet-bots (10 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 74 tokens to every session and 1,701 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-29.
