Getting it into your agent

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00069 $0.00507
Opus 5.5 $0.00028 $0.00203
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00014 $0.00101
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00051

Security

Grade A, and why

bitrix24-im scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 16d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Bitrix24 messenger (server side)

Scope: Bitrix24 on-premise · Verified: im 26.900.0, imbot 26.400.0, main 26.800.0

Task Read
Send messages, system messages, attach/keyboard, create chats, members, im events rules/messages-chats.md
Notifications: types, tags, delete, confirm buttons, user settings schema rules/notifications.md
Chat bots and slash commands from a module; REST imbot.v2; open lines rules/bots.md
Breaking changes im 26.700–26.900, REST ↔ PHP mapping rules/pitfalls.md

Invariants

  • Loader::includeModule('im') before any messenger class (Bitrix\Im\V2\Chat, CIMChat, CIMNotify …).
  • Pass explicit user ids (FROM_USER_ID, AUTHOR_ID, TO_USER_ID, context user). Agents and CLI have no $USER.
  • Bitrix\Im\V2\Chat::sendMessage() does not check the author's rights: call canDo(Action::Send) first, or use CIMChat::AddMessage(), which checks unless SYSTEM/SKIP_USER_CHECK is Y.
  • After-send work (push, counters, OnAfterMessagesAdd, bots) runs as a background job after the response. In CLI scripts call $result->getPromise()?->wait(); the CIM* wrappers wait by default.
  • Notifications: CIMNotify::Add() only. NotifyChat::sendMessage() is a stub in im 26.900.
  • Give every notification a NOTIFY_TAG: it dedupes (same tag replaces the older one for the user) and allows deletion.
  • Custom chats bound to your entity: ENTITY_TYPE in your own namespace + addUniqueChat(); never write b_im_* tables.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
