A project setup tool for creating or updating a code repository's basic structure and development workflows. It can provide files such as a README, license, contribution guide, shared agent instructions, code-quality settings, continuous integration, and release configuration.

Use it to bootstrap a project, add repository standards, configure linting and formatting, set up GitHub Actions checks, prepare release automation, and add selected security or dependency-management setup.

It gives a new or existing codebase a consistent starting point for development, testing, releases, and collaboration. This avoids assembling common repository files and workflows by hand.
