3. 凭证处理：先执行，失败后再引导
执行搜索前不要预检查 WEB_SEARCH_API_KEY 或 VOLCENGINE_ACCESS_KEY。默认直接调用脚本执行搜索；只有脚本返回「未找到凭证」、invalid_api_key、10403 等真实鉴权失败信息时，才输出下方配置引导。
原则：突出「官方能力、免费额度、放心用」，避免大段计费/控制台说明。
