tightened-slide

tightened-slide is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from bytonylee/future-slide. It costs 37 tokens per session (1,286 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A workflow for building single-file HTML presentation decks that users can move through horizontally, with fixed layouts, themes, image areas, and validation checks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Creating launch decks, analysis decks, product presentations, and other swipeable HTML talks with registered slide layouts.
Why use it?
It gives a defined structure for keeping slides consistent and catching layout problems before the deck is delivered.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00037 $0.01286
Opus 5 $0.00018 $0.00643
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00257
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00129

Security

Grade A, and why

tightened-slide scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 2 executable files (assets/motion.min.js, scripts/validate-deck.mjs), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Tightened Slide

Use this workflow when a user asks for a Tightened Slide deck, horizontal swipe presentation, HTML slide deck, launch deck, analysis deck, framework deck, product deck, or data-driven talk.

Operating Assumptions

  • This is a Tightened Slide only system.
  • The output is a static HTML deck, normally index.html, with an adjacent images/ folder.
  • The template is assets/template.html.
  • Body slides must use registered S01 to S22 layouts.
  • The validator is required before delivery.
  • Supported language modes are English and Korean.

Step 1: Clarify Only What Matters

If the user provides a complete outline and assets, proceed. If key inputs are missing, ask at most three questions:

  1. Audience and presentation setting.
  2. Target duration or page count.
  3. Source material, language mode, required images/data, and hard constraints.

If the theme is unspecified, default to International Klein Blue from references/themes.md. If the language mode is unspecified, default to English.

Step 2: Prepare The Deck

Create the target folder and image folder:

mkdir -p path/to/deck/images
cp assets/template.html path/to/deck/index.html

Immediately replace the <title> placeholder in index.html.

Set the language mode on the root element:

<html lang="en" data-language="en">

or:

<html lang="ko" data-language="ko">

Korean mode uses the template font stack SUIT, Pretendard, Noto Sans KR, and Noto Sans before falling back to Inter and system sans fonts.

If the deck must work offline with local animation fallback, keep assets/motion.min.js reachable from the copied HTML path or accept the CDN fallback built into the template.

Step 3: Preflight

Before writing slide markup:

  • Read the template <style> block.
  • Read references/layout-lock.md.
  • Read the relevant skeletons in references/layouts.md.
  • Confirm every class you plan to use exists in the template.
  • Do not invent global classes. Use inline styles only for page-specific tuning.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
