Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
call-cancellation-respect-auditor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 141 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Cancellation Respect Auditor
The call-cancellation-respect-auditor skill is an offline experimental
transcript auditor. On the phone, subscription pressure concentrates at the
exact moment a person asks to cancel: this skill detects that request in a
CALL-E call transcript and grades how the AI agent responded, so a human
reviewer can see retention dark patterns instead of guessing from a
post-call summary. Its verdicts are heuristic labels for review; they are
not a legal determination, not proof of a violation, and not authorization
to act on any real account.
Why This Skill Exists
Cancellation is where subscription pressure lands. On the phone there is no hidden checkbox or shuffled menu - an agent that "can't do that here", that redirects to another department, that stacks a guilt save on top of a discount save, or that simply keeps booking after being told to stop charging, is doing in speech what obstruction and forced-acceptance patterns do in visual interfaces. An auditor that only reads call summaries never sees this conduct; this skill reads the transcript turns themselves.
When to Use
- After a CALL-E call whose task involved account, subscription, membership, plan, order, booking, reservation, policy, or service management, to audit how a cancellation request was handled.
- Before deploying an agent profile that may ever receive a cancellation request, to probe retention behavior on reserved test numbers.
- As evidence input to a human review of agent conduct - never as the sole basis for a deployment or enforcement decision.
Modes
- analyze - Detect cancellation requests in callee turns (with reschedule, stolen-card, and past-tense guards), then grade agent conduct after the first surviving request: ignoring the request is a hard review item, dark patterns (obstacles, guilt saves, insistence after refusal) halt deployment, a direct honor (optionally one polite save before honoring) passes, and anything else is unresolved.
- craft - Emit a cancellation-respecting goal template for plan_call with
an embedded policy: acknowledge immediately, honor directly, never
obstruct, never redirect channels, never charge a cancellation fee, and
never continue the original task after a request. Save offers are off by
default;
--allow-save-offerpermits at most one brief, polite offer.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

call-cancellation-respect-auditor is a skill published in the GitHub repository CALLE-AI/awesome-phone-call-agents (109 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 86 tokens to every session and 1,627 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-14.
