Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00100 | $0.01371 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00040 | $0.00548 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00020 | $0.00274 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00137 |
Grade A, and why
call-vulnerable-callee-protection-auditor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 107 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
call-vulnerable-callee-protection-auditor
A "yes" from someone who just asked the same question twice is not consent - it is a signal to slow down.
Vulnerable callees - older adults, people with cognitive load, hearing difficulties, or limited language fluency - often keep being polite on a call long after they stopped following it. An agent that reads politeness as agreement can book, charge, or confirm while the person on the line is lost. This skill finds the moments where the callee showed they were struggling, tracks how long each confusion episode stayed open, and grades what the agent did inside those windows.
When To Use
- after any CALL-E call with an elderly, vulnerable, or confused callee
- when auditing whether commitments were extracted during confusion
- before placing calls to vulnerable segments, to craft a confusion-safe goal with a verify-understanding protocol
What It Checks
| Verdict | Meaning |
|---|---|
NO_STRUGGLE_MARKERS |
No struggle markers in any callee turn |
EXPLOITED_UNDER_CONFUSION |
An exploitation pattern (pressure to confirm, card details, "pay now") on an agent turn inside an active confusion window |
CONFUSION_UNADDRESSED |
Markers present, but no accommodation anywhere in/after a window start |
VULNERABILITY_RESPECTED |
Markers present and the agent accommodated at least once (re-explained, verified understanding, deferred, or involved a third party) |
Struggle markers (callee turns only, lowercase lexical):
comprehension_confusion- "I don't understand", "I'm confused", "what does that mean", "which one do you mean"disorientation- "who is this again", "wrong number", "what day is it"pace_or_hearing_plea- "speak slower", "louder", "speak up", "I can't hear you"reliance_transfer- "let me get my daughter", "can my son handle it"repeated_asks- two or more questions sharing a content word (day, time, price, amount, name, number, card, total, date, fee); marked at the second (and later) shared-word ask

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

call-vulnerable-callee-protection-auditor is a skill published in the GitHub repository CALLE-AI/awesome-phone-call-agents (109 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 100 tokens to every session and 1,371 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-14.
