lead-qualification-call

lead-qualification-call is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from CALLE-AI/awesome-phone-call-agents. It costs 47 tokens per session (1,474 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A phone questionnaire for people who have already agreed to be contacted about a product or service. It records their needs, budget, timing, decision-making role, and level of interest as structured data.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to qualify enquiries from an opt-in form, callback request, or consent-based campaign and route results as qualified, needing human help, or not interested.
Why use it?
Sales teams otherwise have to sort useful enquiries from unsuitable ones through scattered conversations. This produces a consistent result for a person or customer-management system to review, without making the sale or contacting people without consent.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00047 $0.01474
Opus 5.5 $0.00019 $0.00590
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00295
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00147

Security

Grade A, and why

lead-qualification-call scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Lead Qualification Call

Use this skill when a sales or marketing team has warm inbound leads that have explicitly consented to a call and wants one disclosed CALL-E phone call to qualify them. The call collects needs, budget range, timeline, decision authority, and interest level, and returns a fail-closed structured JSON result with a disposition a human or CRM can act on.

This skill qualifies a lead. It does not sell, book, close, or write to a CRM. A human reviews the result and owns every next step, including any CRM update.

When To Use

  • Qualify leads from an opt-in form, callback request, or consent-gated campaign
  • Collect needs, budget range, timeline, decision authority, and interest in one disclosed call
  • Separate high-intent leads from low-intent ones with transcript-evidenced structured results
  • Feed a disposition (qualified / needs_human / not_interested) to a human-run sales queue or CRM routing

When Not To Use

  • Cold outreach, scraped lists, unsolicited marketing, or SPAM-style dialing
  • Medical, legal, financial, emergency, collections, or political calls
  • Selling, closing, negotiating, or collecting payment on the call
  • Calling a number the user did not provide and authorize
  • Hidden retries, recurring schedules, or provider-side campaigns
  • Writing to a CRM or booking a meeting before a human reviews the result

Required Inputs

  • lead_id: stable local identifier (3-64 chars of letters, digits, dot, dash, underscore)
  • campaign_id: campaign or source-batch identifier for idempotency and routing
  • lead_source: Google Form, website callback, ticket, partner, or other consent-gated source
  • to_phone_e164: E.164, authorized
  • consent: must be true
  • authorized_reason: why this specific call is allowed
  • company_name: business name disclosed on the call
  • product_offer: what is being qualified (offer name or one-line description)
  • timezone: IANA timezone for quiet-hours decisions
  • qualification_fields: the subset of BANT fields the team wants, chosen from the schema contract

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
