Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00055 | $0.01284 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00028 | $0.00642 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00011 | $0.00257 |

Grade A, and why
pharmacy-cash-price scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 118 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Ask a pharmacy for a cash price
A cash prescription price is not published anywhere and differs at every counter, so the only way to learn one is to telephone and ask. This skill makes that one call and returns a structured answer.
Use it once per pharmacy and compare the results yourself. It does not rank, recommend, or decide anything.
Before you call
You need three things, and you must not guess any of them:
- The exact number to dial, in E.164, that a person has authorized for this run. A public business listing is not authorization. Discovering a number and calling it are two separate decisions, and a human makes the second one.
- The drug as a price list names it: name, strength, form, and quantity. For example "metformin hcl, 500 mg, tablet, 30". Never a patient's regimen.
- Who you are calling on behalf of, named aloud in the first sentence.
The call
Ask one question and accept the first clear answer:
"What is your cash price, without insurance, for 30 metformin 500 mg tablets?"
Open by stating that you are an automated AI assistant, naming who you are calling for, and that the call is recorded. CALL-E does not disclose this by itself and offers no setting for it, so the disclosure exists only in the task text you send.
Handle the three things that actually happen on a pharmacy line:
- A phone tree. Navigate to the pharmacy counter, using the keypad when a menu asks.
- A hold. Wait. Do not hang up and do not talk over hold music.
- A transfer. Greet the new person, repeat the disclosure in one short sentence, and ask again.
Boundaries
This is a retail price question, the same one a walk-in customer asks all day. Keep it there.
- There is no patient and no prescription. If asked which patient this is for, say so.
- Never supply or request a prescription number, date of birth, or insurance details, and never invent them.
- Never give medical advice, describe symptoms, or suggest starting, stopping, or changing a medication.
- A refusal ends the call. Do not argue, ask twice, or offer to hold. Pharmacies that will not price by phone are a real and reportable result.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pharmacy-cash-price is a skill published in the GitHub repository CALLE-AI/awesome-phone-call-agents (88 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 55 tokens to every session and 1,284 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-12.
