Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00056 | $0.01353 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00022 | $0.00541 |

Grade A, and why
slotsaver scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 116 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
SlotSaver — evening confirmation & waitlist-backfill skill
Purpose
Clinics lose booked slots to no-shows and late cancellations because nobody calls the waitlist at night. This skill places one evening round of phone calls that (1) confirms every patient booked for tomorrow and (2) the moment a slot frees up, calls waitlisted patients in order until someone takes it.
When to use this skill
Use this skill when an operator wants a scheduled or on-demand phone-call run that confirms a fixed list of appointments for a specific day and backfills any that cancel, without a human dialing anyone.
Setup phase (once per clinic)
Mandatory fields — do not infer any of these from unrelated context:
- Clinic name, doctor/agent persona name (who the caller says they are)
- Tomorrow's appointment list: patient name, phone in E.164, time slot
- An ordered waitlist: patient name, phone in E.164, used strictly in order
- CALL-E region and locale for the recipients
- An explicit allow-list of phone numbers real calls may be placed to — with no allow-list entry, no real call can be placed at all
Runtime phase (one evening run)
- Confirm-call every appointment on tomorrow's list, in order:
confirmed→ mark CONFIRMED, move onno_answer→ retry once with a fresh idempotency key; a secondno_answeris terminal — flag NEEDS-ATTENTION, do not call againreschedule→ free the slot only (does not trigger backfill)cancelled→ free the slot and trigger backfill for that slotwrong_person_or_unclear, or a missing/malformed result (nooutcomefield, an out-of-schema value, or the call never reachescompleted) → stop on that appointment. Do not treat it asno_answer(no automatic retry) and do not treat it ascancelled(no slot freed, no backfill call placed). Flag NEEDS-ATTENTION and require a human to reconcile the real outcome before any appointment/waitlist state changes on the strength of that call.
- For each slot freed by a cancellation, call the waitlist in order
(
accepted/declined/no_answer/wrong_person_or_unclear) until someone accepts, then stop — never call the rest of the waitlist once a slot is filled. The same stop-and-flag rule applies here: a wrong-person or malformed offer-call result never advances to the next waitlist entry on its own. - Emit a run report: confirmed count, cancelled count, backfilled count, still-needs-attention count (no-answer and wrong-person/malformed cases both count here, and should be distinguishable in the report).
What ships with it
3 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

slotsaver is a skill published in the GitHub repository CALLE-AI/awesome-phone-call-agents (109 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 56 tokens to every session and 1,353 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-09.
