A documented project handoff for another coding-agent session. It records completed work, remaining tasks, blockers, and useful findings in the project specification or repository documentation.

Use it before clearing context or changing agents. It helps a new Claude Code or Codex session continue work without relying on the previous conversation.

It prevents important context from being lost when a session ends or you switch between coding agents. The handoff is checked and committed so the next session can start from the saved information.
