ios-workflow

ios-workflow is a skill for Claude Code from CarolaneLFBV/ios-development-agents. It costs 29 tokens per session (481 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of workflows for carrying out explicitly requested iOS development tasks in Codex, such as implementing, testing, migrating, publishing, or troubleshooting an app. It points to specialist guidance for Swift, UI, architecture, platform features, purchases, security, and releases.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for requested iOS implementation, analysis, design, accessibility, localization, migration, optimization, security, testing, and release work.
Why use it?
It gives common iOS tasks a defined route without treating Claude command names as native Codex commands. It helps select relevant guidance for the part of the app being changed.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00029 $0.00481
Opus 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00192
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00096
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00048

Security

Grade A, and why

ios-workflow scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

iOS workflows

Read only the requested references/<workflow>.md, such as implement or analyze. Available workflows: accessibility, analyze, brainstorm, cleanup, design, document, implement, improve, localize, migrate, optimize, publish, security, test, troubleshoot.

These references are portable instruction workflows. /ios:* names are Claude commands, not native Codex slash commands. In Codex, use $ios-workflow with a workflow name and the user's target. Treat $ARGUMENTS as that supplied target and options. Flags describe intent; they are not shell arguments or model settings.

Read the relevant specialist guidance only when it adds useful domain knowledge:

Task Skill
Language/concurrency ios-swift
SwiftUI/UIKit UI, accessibility, localization ios-swiftui
Architecture/persistence ios-architecture
Lifecycle/background/notifications/extensions ios-platform
Purchases/subscription entitlements ios-storekit
Tests ios-testing
Profiling ios-performance
Security ios-security
Build/release ios-devops

Work directly; delegate only on explicit request, using a bounded scope and consolidated evidence. Avoid recursive delegation and overlapping writes. Apply the same guidance locally when custom agents or subagent support are unavailable.

Inspect the actual deployment target and toolchain. Use documentation or an available MCP for uncertain APIs, and run checks relevant to the change. Respect read-only/preview flags. Report concrete results and unrun checks; omit empty report templates, unsupported quality scores, and invented metrics.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
