Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00021 | $0.03991 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00008 | $0.01596 |

Grade A, and why
github.describe_pr_for_review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
This is a copy
92% identical to github.describe_pr_for_review — 53 lines differ, which has more behind it and is treated as the original. This page carries a canonical link to it rather than competing with it.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 337 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Goal
- Given a link to a GitHub PR, or a list of links, write a short description of each PR in a fixed format with the facts a reviewer needs before reading the diff
- Score each PR for review complexity and for quality
- Given a list, suggest the order in which to review the PRs
Workflow
Get the Input
- Take the PR links from the arguments, e.g.,
https://github.com/<OWNER>/<REPO>/pull/<PR_NUM>- The arguments are one PR or a list of PRs
- Separate the items by spaces, commas, or newlines
- Keep the order given and drop duplicates
- If only
<PR_NUM>or#<PR_NUM>is given, use the repo of the current Git client:> gh repo view --json nameWithOwner -q .nameWithOwner - A list can mix repos: each full link carries its own
<OWNER>/<REPO> - Apply all the steps below to every PR in the list
- Process each PR on its own, do not mix data between PRs
- If a PR cannot be fetched, write
unknownfor its fields, report the error, and continue with the next PR
Fetch the PR Metadata
- Fetch all the fields in one call:
> gh pr view <PR_URL> --json number, title, url, author, headRefName, baseRefName, headRepository,isDraft, mergeable, reviewDecision, additions, deletions, changedFiles, body, closingIssuesReferences, statusCheckRollup, files - Fetch the diff and read it:
> gh pr diff <PR_URL>- If the diff is over ~2000 lines, read the file list and the key files only
Find the Issue
- Pick the first match, in this order:
closingIssuesReferencesfrom the metadata- The issue number next to a keyword in the PR body:
Closes,Fixes,Resolves,Related to,Part of, or a full issue URL- Ignore the other
#<NUM>in the body, they are often sibling PRs in a stack
- Ignore the other
- The
Task<NUM>token in the head branch name- E.g.,
UmdTask640_Noesis_PR_S4_specgives640
- E.g.,
- If nothing matches, write
nonefor bothIssueandIssue link
- Get the issue link from GitHub, do not build it by hand:
> gh issue view <ISSUE_NUM> --repo <OWNER>/<REPO> --json url,state
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
