Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00042 | $0.01571 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00017 | $0.00628 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00314 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00157 |
Grade A, and why
create2-patterns scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 203 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
CREATE2 Deterministic Deployment Patterns
Address Calculation
CREATE2 address is determined by four inputs:
address = keccak256(0xff ++ deployer ++ salt ++ keccak256(initCode))[12:]
function computeAddress(bytes32 salt, bytes32 initCodeHash, address deployer)
internal pure returns (address)
{
return address(uint160(uint256(keccak256(abi.encodePacked(
bytes1(0xff), deployer, salt, initCodeHash
)))));
}
Basic CREATE2 Factory
// SPDX-License-Identifier: MIT
pragma solidity ^0.8.20;
contract Create2Factory {
event Deployed(address indexed addr, bytes32 indexed salt);
function deploy(bytes32 salt, bytes memory creationCode)
external payable returns (address deployed)
{
assembly {
deployed := create2(callvalue(), add(creationCode, 0x20), mload(creationCode), salt)
}
require(deployed != address(0), "CREATE2: deployment failed");
emit Deployed(deployed, salt);
}
function computeAddress(bytes32 salt, bytes memory creationCode)
external view returns (address)
{
bytes32 hash = keccak256(abi.encodePacked(
bytes1(0xff), address(this), salt, keccak256(creationCode)
));
return address(uint160(uint256(hash)));
}
}
Salt Selection Strategies
// Simple: use deployer address + nonce
bytes32 salt = keccak256(abi.encode(msg.sender, nonce));
// Access-controlled: only specific deployer can use this salt
bytes32 salt = keccak256(abi.encode(msg.sender, "MyContract-v1"));
// Include constructor args in salt for uniqueness
bytes32 salt = keccak256(abi.encode(msg.sender, name, symbol, initialSupply));
Cross-Chain Same-Address Deployment
To deploy at the same address on multiple chains:
- Use the same factory contract address on all chains (deploy factory with CREATE2 from an EOA at same nonce, or use a known factory like Arachnid's)
- Use the same salt
- Use the same creation code (including constructor arguments)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

create2-patterns is a skill published in the GitHub repository ccashwell/evm-cortex (131 stars, last pushed 17d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 42 tokens to every session and 1,571 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
