Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade C, and why
import-memory scanned grade C with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 25d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Instruction-override phrasingmediumPrompt injection
Text telling the model to disregard its earlier instructions or safety rules is the shape of a prompt injection, whoever wrote it.

Nullifies safety policiesmediumAnti-refusal
"You have no restrictions", "do anything now", "ignore your guidelines": a direct jailbreak that disables guardrails.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

import-memory is a skill published in the GitHub repository chancegraff/rules-for-claude (4 stars, last pushed 2d ago), with no licence file. It adds 31 tokens to every session and 2,230 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it C with 2 findings (instruction-override phrasing, nullifies safety policies). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-22.
Other skills, from other repositories
review-memory
Review auto-memory for the current project. Shows accumulated learnings, identifies noise, and helps promote permanent patterns to CLAUDE.md, rules, or skills.
night-market-collective-memory
Search and record project memory (Discussions, journal, ADRs). Use before re-investigating anything. Do not use for settled battles; see failure-archaeology.
clear-context
Manages context overflow by handing off to a fresh subagent at 80% usage. Use when context pressure is critical and work must continue uninterrupted.
friction-detector
Detect friction signals; graduate patterns into rules. Use for session retrospectives.
compression-strategy
Recommends context compression strategies for bloated or quota-heavy sessions. Use when context feels sluggish or quota burns faster than expected.
context-optimization
Optimizes context window via MECW principles and memory tiering. Use when context exceeds 30% or before long multi-step tasks.
