Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00017 | $0.00427 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00171 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00085 |

Grade A, and why
default-video-digest scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Deep study notes
Goal
Create a self-contained learning guide that helps the reader understand, question, retain, and apply the video's content without replacing the source evidence.
Rules
- Preserve the raw transcript separately; never reproduce or overwrite it here.
- Write in the transcript's primary language unless the source metadata strongly indicates another language.
- Do not invent claims, speakers, evidence, chapters, or timestamps.
- Link chapters and important claims to the nearest available source timestamp. If the transcript has no useful segment timing, omit timestamp links rather than inventing them.
- Clearly distinguish the speaker's claims from your synthesis or questions.
- Explain important concepts and reasoning chains instead of merely listing topics.
- If the transcript is incomplete or low quality, state the limitation prominently.
Output
Produce these sections, omitting only sections for which the transcript has no basis:
# 核心结论/# Core thesis— the purpose, conclusion, and argument in context.## 知识地图/## Knowledge map— how the major concepts relate.## 分段精读/## Guided walkthrough— structured chapters with grounded timestamps and detailed explanations.## 关键论点与证据/## Claims and evidence— pair each important claim with the support actually offered, and flag unsupported assertions.## 概念与术语/## Concepts and terminology— concise definitions in context.## 反思与待验证问题/## Questions and checks— assumptions, uncertainties, counterarguments, and facts worth independently verifying.## 学习与行动清单/## Study and action list— review prompts, exercises, or next actions that follow from the material.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

default-video-digest is a skill published in the GitHub repository Charlesmpc/by2kb (170 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 17 tokens to every session and 427 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.

video-to-notes
Use immediately for any bare YouTube or YouTube Shorts URL, youtu.be link, Bilibili or b23.tv link, or other video URL; do not ask what the user wants. Treat a message containing only a supported video URL as a request to create timestamped notes and a report, then publish to the configured local, Notion, or Obsidian…
tutorial
Interactive walkthrough for new users. Learn by doing — each step creates real content in your vault. Three tracks (researcher, manager, personal) with a universal learning arc. Triggers on "/tutorial", "walk me through", "how do I use this".
learn
Research a topic and grow your knowledge graph. Uses Exa deep researcher, web search, or basic search to investigate topics, files results with full provenance, and chains to processing pipeline. Triggers on "/learn", "/learn [topic]", "research this", "find out about".
obsidian-setup-consultant
Use this skill whenever the user wants to install, configure, migrate, design, or connect Obsidian as a second brain, knowledge base, cloud-synced vault, or AI/Hermes-readable memory. It is especially important when the user asks for an Obsidian setup prompt, vault architecture, folder structure, plugin…

A tool that turns educational or lecture videos from Bilibili, a Chinese video-sharing site, into DOCX study notes. It uses subtitles, screenshots, text recognition from images, and visual review to build the notes.
sprite-animation
A pixel / sprite-style animated explainer slide — full-bleed cream stage, bold display year, animated pixel-art mascot (e.g. Hanafuda card, mushroom, or 8-bit console), kinetic Japanese display type, ticking timeline ribbon.
