cs-narration-phrase-timeline

cs-narration-phrase-timeline is a skill for Codex from ChenShuo2004/cs-skills. It costs 84 tokens per session (1,062 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A timing file that matches a final narration recording to the exact words spoken. It provides phrase-level time boundaries for captions, highlighted words, and animated graphics; it does not create audio or estimate timing from the script alone.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when you have the final narration audio and matching script and need phrase timestamps in milliseconds or video frames.
Why use it?
It prevents planned timings from being mistaken for timings measured from real speech.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00084 $0.01062
Opus 5.5 $0.00034 $0.00425
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00017 $0.00212
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00106

Security

Grade A, and why

cs-narration-phrase-timeline scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 18d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

  • alignment.tokens.json:真实语音识别的词级边界。

常见实现会有 align.mjs 与 semantic_timeline.py;不要假定某个旧的 CLI 文件仍存在。

  • timing_source 是基于真实音频的对齐来源,且 estimated_fallback_used 为 false。
  • phrases 按口播顺序排列,每条都有合法的起止时间与帧号。
  • 全文覆盖率、单短语覆盖率和置信度已保留;低覆盖率不会被静默忽略。
  • 口播稿、音频和生成文件中可能含有私密语音或文案;默认留在用户指定的本地任务目录,不上传或公开。

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
