triage-fleet-review

triage-fleet-review is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from chipi/agentic-ai-homelab. It costs 0 tokens per session (1,077 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A read-only weekly report about an automated issue-triage fleet across several code repositories. Issue triage means sorting incoming reports, checking their quality, and tracking what the automation did.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to inspect weekly activity, review health and quality, and find possible improvements across the monitored repositories.
Why use it?
It gives each weekly review the same checks without changing the fleet, its records, or any issue. It gathers information from the fleet host and GitHub for comparison over time.

Skill for Claude CodeCodex

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: reads .claude/ paths; positional $N argument.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.01077
Opus 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00431
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00215
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00108

Security

Grade A, and why

triage-fleet-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 14d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/review.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

triage-fleet-review

A read-only weekly review of the triage fleet, in the same shape every time, so a different agent each week gets comparable answers. It never changes the fleet, the ledgers, or any issue.

Background, read once per session if you haven't:

  • What the fleet is and why each rule exists: docs/signal-fleet-guide.md in chipi/agentic-ai-homelab.
  • How to operate and improve it: docs/recipes/signal-fleet-runbook.md. §4 is the review this skill automates; §5 is the improvement loop.

Run

python3 ~/.claude/skills/triage-fleet-review/scripts/review.py --days 7

It needs SSH to the fleet host and an authenticated gh.

  • SSH command: the default is the Mac mini: ssh -i ~/.ssh/homelab_mini -o IdentitiesOnly=yes markodragoljevic@homelab. Override with --ssh or HOMELAB_SSH if the fleet moved.
  • Repos: the default is the three repos the fleet files into; override with --repos.

The host side runs a stdlib-only Python script over SSH (the mini has Python 3.9) and reads ~/fleetd/fleetd.log and ~/signal-fleet/results/. The GitHub side reads issues and comments with gh api.

What the script checks, and what healthy looks like

Section Healthy
1. Alive all cycles ok, about 144 a day; no STOP flag
2. Decided escalations are rare. Recurrence rows: one per count change. Dozens for one fingerprint after 2026-10-01 = a regression of fix b3c4c5f.
3. Did on GitHub new issues are real problems; comments land on the right issue
4. Flags fan-out: none (one condition → several issues means the source rule is too fine-grained). Reopens: each justified. Rollup comments: none is a real bug buried as one line.
5. Dismiss sample the cited evidence holds up when you open it in GlitchTip or Grafana
6. Ledger health no lingering .deferred.json entries

Your job after the script: judge, then report

The script finds candidates; it can't tell right from wrong. For each flag:

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

triage-fleet-review is a skill published in the GitHub repository chipi/agentic-ai-homelab (2 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 1,077 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-03.
