Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00091 $0.02009
Opus 5.5 $0.00036 $0.00804
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00018 $0.00402
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00201

Security

Grade A, and why

microsoft-365-agent-builder scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 18d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Microsoft 365 Agent Builder

Turn a selected process into an agent and an executable automation where the team works. Preserve evidence, readable artifacts, and human decision points. Choosing which workflows to adopt belongs to agentic-workflow-planner; use its design when available. If the user already selected a workflow and Microsoft, proceed with the build without repeating platform-neutral intake.

Establish the source and target

For a port, read the actual selected workflow and the policies, imports, and scripts that affect its behavior. Use the shared reading guide. Record the inspected revision and local modifications. Preserve input scope, exclusions, eligibility rules, limits, output fields, downstream consumers, and human gates. A demo-disabled schedule is an intended cadence to port in the off state, not evidence that the workflow is manual-only. Separate inherited rules from proposed defaults and explain any dropped behavior.

In an installed plugin, the package root is three directories above this file. Read its docs/source-access.md before accessing unbundled workflows. Use the supplied checkout or pinned source index; do not scan the filesystem for one. If source access fails, ask for the selected files and label any interim work as a new design. Resolve references relative to this skill; write deliverables in the user's selected output location. A source checkout is reference material, not an implicit output destination. For a draft-only request with no requested file, deliver in chat; create a document when requested and use the chosen folder.

Establish the tenant, Power Platform environment when applicable, owner, intended audience, evidence locations, destination, and trigger. Reuse known facts; ask only for decisions that change the build. Unknown licenses or admin settings support a conditional draft, not a claim that deployment will work.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
