技能定位
本技能用于跟踪北向资金或外资风格变化，回答“外资最近在买什么、卖什么、偏好有没有切换、这些流向是否支持当前市场主线”。输出重点不是简单罗列净流入净流出数字，而是解释资金偏好、行业迁移和与市场结构之间的关系。
执行流程
Step 1：确认观察周期、市场范围与比较基准
先明确本次资金分析的尺度：
- 是看单日、周度、月度还是阶段性变化
- 观察的是总体资金流，还是聚焦某一行业或股票池
- 需要与指数表现、板块轮动还是个股走势做对照
- 用户是想看当前风向，还是寻找趋势反转线索
若用户未说明，默认按“近期一周与一月”两个层次展开。
Step 2：梳理总体资金方向
先从总体上回答：
- 资金是在持续净流入、持续净流出，还是反复摇摆

- 资金是否高度抱团于少数权重或龙头
- 净流入是否具有板块层面的广泛性
- 某些个股的流向是否只是阶段性交易行为
- 外资偏好是否在行业内部做高低切换
Step 5：判断资金信号的可信度与局限
资金流向常被过度解读，因此需要补充说明：
- 单日流向是否容易受被动调仓或事件扰动影响
- 阶段性流向与长期配置逻辑是否一致
- 资金流入流出是否真正改变了趋势判断
- 若资金方向与价格方向背离，哪一边更值得重视
Step 6：形成北向资金风向成稿
最终输出应帮助使用者看清资金面支持在哪里、信号强不强、是否足以验证当前风格判断。正文只保留总体方向、偏好拆解、代表性标的和可信度判断。
