- 预期差是否还在，还是已大部分反映
- 财务、事件或行业层面的支撑是否继续存在
Step 3：检查环境与仓位压力
再好的个股，也要放回环境中评估：
- 板块是否仍有扩散能力
- 市场整体是否支持继续给高溢价
- 当前持仓权重是否已过高
- 若出现正常回撤，账户能否接受
Step 4：设计分层处理方案
把动作拆成更合理的层次：
- 哪部分仓位适合先兑现以降低压力
- 哪部分仓位可以保留以参与后续趋势
- 继续持有的部分应靠什么条件维持
- 若继续加速，是否还有进一步动态调整空间
Step 5：设置持有前提与减仓触发器
只有把“继续拿”的前提写清，持有才不是死扛：
