Step 3: Prioritize
Apply MoSCoW framework:
- Must-have: Critical path items
- Should-have: Important but not blocking
- Nice-to-have: Can be deferred
Step 4: Present the Plan
Format as a numbered list with:
- Step description
- Estimated effort
- Dependencies (if any)
- Priority level
Flag the critical path and identify opportunities for parallel work.
