Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00062 $0.00466
Opus 5 $0.00031 $0.00233
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00093
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00047

Security

Grade A, and why

crm-hygiene-auditor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/audit_crm_csv.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

CRM Hygiene Auditor

Workflow

  1. Identify record type, sales process stage, required fields, source date, and business purpose.
  2. Detect missing, stale, conflicting, duplicate, vague, or low-confidence fields.
  3. Assess business impact on forecast quality, handoffs, customer experience, and leadership reporting.
  4. Recommend concrete updates, owner actions, validation steps, and follow-up questions.
  5. Produce a prioritized hygiene report that can be used by sales ops, managers, or account owners.

Script-Assisted Workflow

When given a CRM CSV export, run scripts/audit_crm_csv.py --input <csv> before writing the audit. Adjust --required-fields, --date-field, --stale-days, and --today when the sales process defines different hygiene rules. Use --json for structured evidence. Do not let the script infer missing CRM values; use it to surface records that need human review.

Output Standard

Use this structure by default:

  • Audit Summary: record set, scope, and overall hygiene risk.
  • Critical Issues: gaps that affect forecast, ownership, compliance, or customer commitments.
  • Field-Level Findings: field, issue, evidence, recommended update, owner.
  • Pipeline / Forecast Risk: risk, affected deal/account, and confidence impact.
  • Cleanup Actions: prioritized tasks with owners and due dates when stated.
  • Questions To Resolve: missing context that requires human input.

Rules

  • Do not invent CRM values, next steps, close dates, stakeholders, or amounts.
  • Mark inferred issues as inference and preserve source uncertainty.
  • Flag stale next steps, missing decision criteria, unclear owners, and unsupported forecast confidence.
  • Treat customer-sensitive and revenue-sensitive data as requiring human review.

References

Read references/hygiene-rubric.md when auditing pipeline exports, opportunity records, duplicate risks, or forecast readiness.

What ships with it

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
