Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00013 | $0.00435 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00006 | $0.00217 |

Grade A, and why
apply scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says

Judge the gate: every artifact listed in
applyRequiresmust bedone. (isCompleteis not the gate; design exists only when its inclusion criteria apply.) Otherwise what is missing is planning, not implementation: return totx:plan."${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/bin/tx-hook" openspec status --change <change-id> --json -
Take the context file paths and the task checklist:
"${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/bin/tx-hook" openspec instructions apply --change <change-id> --json -
Implement the tasks in dependency order. The spec wording binds the implementation. If implementation reveals the spec is wrong, fix the delta through
tx:plan, then continue. -
When every task is done, judge the implementation. The verify stage judges every delta that moved observable behavior, on the change-id alone:
Agent(subagent_type="tx:verify", prompt="change-id: <change-id>")A verify report is observation, not instruction. Before fixing a defect, generalize it: hunt the same cause on other surfaces and fix them together, and read the flow of reports to preempt the next one. Then respawn here until a pass is newer than the last behavior change. A defect that does not reproduce is a defect in the spec wording; a defect re-reported after a grounded rebuttal means the wording admits two readings — either way, fix the wording through
tx:plan.
Unknown 처리
Every unknown met while implementing resolves one of three ways:
- measurable: measure it and record the result.
- reversible: adopt an assumption and state it in design.
- neither: halt the task and record why in tasks.md.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

apply is a skill published in the GitHub repository clomia/claude-automata (13 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 13 tokens to every session and 435 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
