opencode-delegation

opencode-delegation is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from CodeInfinity1/Stram. It costs 33 tokens per session (393 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A delegation skill for preparing or running OpenHands coding tasks through a native Stram adapter when one is available.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare bounded OpenHands repository tasks, check adapter availability, and verify any worker output.
Why use it?
It makes the handoff scope, safety checks, and verification requirements explicit, and identifies when live OpenHands integration is unavailable.

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: mentions OpenCode.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00033 $0.00393
Opus 5.5 $0.00013 $0.00157
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00007 $0.00079
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00039

Security

Grade A, and why

opencode-delegation scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

OpenCode Delegation

Purpose

Support OpenCode as a potential coding worker while preserving native implementation boundaries. This skill distinguishes capability planning from actual runtime integration.

When To Use

Use when the user asks to use OpenCode, compare worker agents, or route a coding task to an alternate CLI.

Inputs And Evidence

  • Objective, repo path, constraints, expected tests, and adapter availability.
  • Capability search/status and handoff prompt.

Tool Map

  • tool_search
  • capability_surface
  • write_note
  • codex_cli_plan
  • coding-agent

Workflow

  1. Search for a native OpenCode adapter/tool.
  2. If absent, report the gap and prepare a bounded handoff prompt.
  3. If present, inspect its schema, sandbox, and approval requirements before running.
  4. Verify any worker output with local tools and tests.
  5. Record lessons only after evidence-backed completion.

Native Implementation Boundaries

  • Do not import external reference OpenCode scripts.
  • Do not call arbitrary OpenCode commands as the skill implementation without user-approved native/shell path.
  • Missing adapter means no live delegation claim.

Safety And Approval

  • Worker execution requires approval, repo scope, and no secrets.
  • Avoid overlapping edits with active user changes.

Verification

  • Adapter presence must be proven by tool catalog.
  • Handoff-only output must be labeled as not executed.
  • Executed work needs diff/test review.

Failure Modes

  • Treating OpenCode installation as integration.
  • Letting alternate workers edit outside scope.
  • Reporting unverified worker claims.

References

  • Shortlist item: opencode-delegation.
  • Upstream inspiration: external reference OpenCode references only.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

opencode-delegation is a skill published in the GitHub repository CodeInfinity1/Stram (11 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 33 tokens to every session and 393 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
