What is planning-with-files?

A file-based planning method that uses three Markdown files: one for tasks, one for findings and decisions, and one for progress and test notes.

Planning multi-stage coding or research work, recording discoveries, tracking completed stages, and keeping test results.

It keeps plans, research, and work history outside the conversation, so they remain available during long or complex tasks.
