Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00113 | $0.05356 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00045 | $0.02142 |

Grade C, and why
crow-triage scanned grade C with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Recursive force deletehighDestructive command
rm -rf with a variable or a broad path is one typo away from removing the wrong tree.
1. Clear the last read, so a decision deleted since then doesn't linger: `rm -rf .claude/triage/{slug}/raw`. How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 262 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Crow Triage Skill
Purpose
Packages a loop a Manager ran by hand on 12 Oct 2026 for Corveil's CI audit: plan → triage page → decisions and notes → epic → cascade.
- You have a list of proposed work items (an audit, a plan, a review's findings).
- This skill turns them into a triage page: a private claude.ai Artifact where the operator marks each item Kick off, Later or Drop and writes a note.
- Decisions and notes persist in the artifact's database. This skill reads them back, treats every note as work to do, and writes each filed ticket's URL back to the page.
- The Kick off set becomes tickets and an epic, and
/crow-cascade-epicruns it.
In scope: building and publishing the page, republishing it without losing decisions, and the read-back contract. Out of scope: filing tickets and running the cascade. /crow-create-ticket and /crow-cascade-epic already do those, and the operator chains them for now. This skill says exactly what they need (Phase 7, Phase 8).
Requirements
- A Manager running Claude Code signed in to claude.ai, with the
ArtifactandArtifactDatatools. Publishing and reading decisions both go through them. jq1.6 or newer, fortriage.sh.
Without the Artifact tools (Cursor, Codex, OpenCode Managers, or Claude Code without a claude.ai login), the page can't be published. Say so, then fall back: show the items as a table in chat (id, title, repo, verdict, effect, recommendation), ask the operator for a decision and note per item, and continue from Phase 6 with their answers.
Activation
This skill activates when:
- The user invokes
/crow-triage, optionally with a slug or a path to anitems.json - The user asks for a "triage page", a "decision page", or "Kick off / Later / Drop" for a set of proposals
- The user says they've finished deciding on a triage page this skill published ("read the decisions back", "I'm done with the triage")

The deterministic helper: check and build validate items.json and write the page; readback joins the decisions to the items. |
{devRoot}/.claude/skills/crow-triage/page.html |
The page template. Never edit it or a built page by hand: change items.json and build again. |

The items, the page's only content source. You write it. |
{devRoot}/.claude/triage/{slug}/page.html |
The built page. You publish this exact file path. |
{devRoot}/.claude/triage/{slug}/artifact-url |
The published URL, one line. Republishing from a later conversation needs it. |

ArtifactData list output, one <item-id>.json per decision. |
What ships with it
3 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

crow-triage is a skill published in the GitHub repository corveil/crow (18 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 113 tokens to every session and 5,356 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it C with 1 finding (recursive force delete). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-13.
